bl brainstorming part 3
this one is scifi mecha
the mechas are sentient (thinking, but... feeling? is not quite accurate?)
top is a pilot, bottom isekai'd in from being a student, doesnt know his way around the mecha military scifi world here yet.
top is not just a pilot but the best (worst! most vicious, ruthless, merciless), and began training from an extremely young age, born into a family where his grandfather was responsible for creating mecha software/AIs and so had access to top secret equipment.
the top was trained too young, and trained too hard, and saw combat too soon...
when a young mind (and a budding genius at that) is hooked into a mecha with a strong AI... personalities can scramble a little... and he trains often and things rotate a little each time. sometimes the top will be cold and merciless and the ai will have a warm heart, and other times and for other subjects it can switch... they need each other but it should never have been.
naturally the top and a giant mecha look nothing alike. but they are more alike than either wishes to admit.
and the bottom is just this... just some (woman) guy who got transported into this story world.
and the top is OBSESSED with the bottom and the bottom is nearly as crazy (OR MAYBE MORE SO) and has strangely ALMOST NO SENSIBLE FEAR around this guy being Completely ruthless??? but the top is also the sweetiest and most playful... it's complicated. the bottom is weirdly "kind" but in the "you're not allowed to leave me" way 😅 so uh. horrible 🤣
anyway the top traps the bottom in a contract marriage and now the bottom is like Help This Unusually Cute But Also Utterly Ruthless Psycho Keeps Making Me Dinner And Calling Me His Wife??? (And Secretly I Love Him To Death)
turns out the top is... is really quite fried still from fighting. he's given it up, retired from battle, but needs his mecha still, they are all scrambled.... and nobody wants to see a Giant 50 Foot Tall Robot in a grocery store 😅😭 so in reality the top feels quite bullied...
but each person in this world has a psyche with a little crystalline core, the heart or soul or center of a person, and because his was split into the mecha and the boy (now a man* (some kind of woman though tbh)) they cannot live apart...
they solve this with lots of homecooked meals (top is a genius chef), vicious fighting where they test the limits of their hearts (the top needs to reassemble his heart to finally someday dismantle the mecha that he breathed life into as a child), and kissing 🥰
and the top smells Really good
